How do I go about ordering a custom character portrait & avatar set, full length chatacter portrait or banner?

Just email me via the "Order a Sosarian Tales customizable" link on the customizables page or the "Contact Me" link on the main page. Describe exactly which customizable you're interested in and a description form will be fowarded for you to fill in so i can get a clear idea of what's wanted.

Will I get any idea of what the item will look like before it is completed?

If requested in the description form a copy of the sketch will be e-mailed to you before inking and colouring begins for your approval.

How big will the finished item be?

The Character Portraits are generally 1000 x 1200 pixels. Avatars are set to the specific forums specifications which are generally something around 100 x 110 pixels and character/guild banners are 700 x 200 pixels which should comfortably fit most forums. If you require any dimentions other than the ones stated just specify them in the description form and there shouldn't be any problems.

How do i pay for my order and when?

Once the description form has been returned an email containing a paypal payment button will then be fowarded for the cost of the customisable. As soon as payment has been cleared then work will begin. If you have no means of paying via paypal or have no credit debit or cards other means can be arranged if you are UK resident such as postal order or cheque.

How long do i have to wait till I receive my customizable?

Taking other projects into account you should receive the finished product within a week to two weeks.

What format will the customizable arrive in?

The finished product will be emailed to you either in zip or rar format. If you would preffer another means please specify.

What happens if i have trouble reveiving my customizable?

If you have any trouble receiving the item please contact me. I'll ensure you get your order and guarentee to find a way to get it to you.

Is there any way of staying in contact throughout the creation of my customizable?

Yep! feel free to either email me or use the mail address to contact me in menssenger. If you don't have that particular one state which one you have and I'll be happy to arrange another means of contact.
